Measurable quality
We treat quality not as something caught at final inspection but as a process planned at the start of every job.
At Novapex High Technology our quality policy rests on the following principles:
- Plan first: Define critical dimensions, inspection frequency and measuring method for each job before production starts.
- First article approval: Move to series production only after the customer approves the first article and its inspection report.
- Traceability: Keep a record of every batch, from the material certificate to shipment.
- Fast response to nonconformity: Find deviations at their source, record corrective actions and share them with the customer.
- Continuous improvement: Invest regularly in machines, tooling and measuring equipment, and develop the team through training.
- Health, safety and environment: Run production in a way that protects our people and the environment.
This policy is applied with the participation of all employees and reviewed regularly by management.
